Keys

They are attached to the electricity card which allows you to switch on and off your power at your allocated socket at the right hand of the entrance. For locking the front door: Lift handle, then close the door, turn handle down, lock the door with keys.

 

Air condition

You have one unit for each room. The temperature can be controlled individually for each room from the controller which is situated on the wall under the A/C unit in the kitchen. The air condition does not operate when the exit door is open.

 

Fire extinguisher

You will find it under the kitchen board on your very left side with the relevant sign

 

Kitchen

We have placed in the cupboards, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, etc which we hope you will find useful. Be aware of the hot surfaces when you use the kitchen appliances!

 

Iron, Iron board and Hair Dryer

You will find them in the main bedroom cupboard

 Sheets and towels

An extra set is placed in the cupboard of each room

Hot water

Press the button of the electrical panel on the right hand side of the entrance. When the green light is on then the water starts heating

 

Tap water

Tap water is not drinkable; We suggest that you buy mineral water instead.

 

Waste disposal

There are waste bins provided in the kitchen and bathroom. Please note that the sewage system in Greece is outdated, to avoid clogging dispose of toilet paper and sanitary towels in the bin provided. When the waste baskets are full you can empty them in the big green litter bin near the gate of the premises.

Supermarkets, restaurants, bars shops and pharmacy

You will find a great choice as soon as you walk on your right and right again in the main Kalamaki Strip.

 

Beach

Going out of the grounds of our apartments. Turn right and take the first road on your left.

Straight thru you will find the beach in about 450 meters away. Please use your own beach towels

 

Garden

The garden is communal for all our guests, so go ahead feel free to enjoy it! The swings can carry up to 85kg (13 stone) and you can use it at your own risk. Please always keep children under supervision.

 

Other useful information

We are trying to keep the grass ..green, so please note that the automatic drain system  will start automatically at 04.00am

 

Check out

Checking out is at 10:00 in the morning. There is place to leave your luggage in the premises if needed. Please inform us if you need so.
